WhatsApp conversation history used as context for the AI assistant is kept for 24 hours and then deleted automatically (see the Privacy Policy).

• Langkah 1 — Kirim permintaan. Kirim pesan WhatsApp ke +62 856-1963-888 atau email ke info@izinberes.com dengan subjek "Permintaan Penghapusan Data". Sebutkan nama, nomor WhatsApp atau akun Instagram/Facebook yang dipakai, dan data apa yang ingin dihapus (semua atau sebagian). Tombol di atas sudah menyiapkan pesannya.
• Langkah 2 — Verifikasi. Kami dapat meminta Anda mengonfirmasi identitas lewat nomor/akun yang sama agar data tidak dihapus oleh orang yang salah.
• Langkah 3 — Cabut akses aplikasi (opsional). • Step 1 — Send your request. Send a WhatsApp message to +62 856-1963-888 or an email to info@izinberes.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". State your name, the WhatsApp number or Instagram/Facebook account used, and which data you want deleted (all or part). The buttons above prepare the message for you.
• Step 2 — Verification. We may ask you to confirm your identity through the same number/account so that data is not deleted by the wrong person.
• Step 3 — Remove app access (optional). If you ever granted permission to our app through Facebook/Instagram, you can also revoke it on Facebook: Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites (or Instagram: Settings > Apps and websites), then remove "IzinBeres Content Ops".

We process requests within 14 business days of receiving the request and completing verification, then send written confirmation through the same channel. Deletion in our systems is permanent; encrypted backup copies are removed in the next backup cycle.

Sebagian data dapat tetap kami simpan sebatas yang diwajibkan hukum, misalnya catatan keuangan dan pajak (invoice, bukti pembayaran) serta dokumen untuk pekerjaan yang sedang berjalan atau sengketa yang belum selesai. Some data may be kept to the extent required by law, for example financial and tax records (invoices, payment proofs), and documents for work in progress or unresolved disputes. Such data is used only for that obligation and deleted once the retention period ends. If any data cannot be deleted, we will explain why in our confirmation.
