Some of the providers above store data on servers outside Indonesia. We only use providers that apply equal or higher data protection standards, in line with Article 56 of the PDP Law. Your licensing documents are submitted to Indonesian agencies through official government systems.

- Client data is kept for the duration of the service relationship and up to 3 years afterwards; bookkeeping and tax records are kept for 10 years as required by tax law. After that, data is deleted or destroyed.
