IzinBeres adalah konsultan perizinan usaha dan legalitas perusahaan di Indonesia. Layanan kami meliputi, antara lain:

The scope, fees and timeline of each engagement are set out in a quotation or written agreement that you approve. Information on the website is general in nature and is not legal advice for any specific case.

• Provide accurate, complete and valid data and documents, and supplement them on time.
• Make sure you are authorised to give us other people's personal data (for example directors, shareholders or employees).
• Not use our services for unlawful purposes or to mislead government agencies.
• Pay the fees according to the applicable quotation or agreement.

Late or incomplete information from you may affect the schedule and the outcome of the process.

Biaya jasa dan jadwal pembayaran tercantum dalam penawaran atau invoice yang kami terbitkan. Biaya resmi pemerintah (PNBP, pajak, notaris, dan sejenisnya) dapat dipisahkan dari biaya jasa kami bila disebutkan dalam penawaran. Pekerjaan dimulai setelah penawaran disetujui dan pembayaran awal diterima, kecuali disepakati lain secara tertulis.

Service fees and the payment schedule are stated in the quotation or invoice we issue. Official government charges (non-tax state revenue, taxes, notary fees and the like) may be listed separately from our service fee where the quotation says so. Work starts after the quotation is approved and the initial payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

服务费及付款安排以我们出具的报价单或发票为准。如报价单注明，政府规定的官方费用（非税收入、税款、公证费等）可与我们的服务费分开列示。除非另有书面约定，报价单获确认且收到首付款后才开始办理。

Penerbitan izin, sertifikat, atau persetujuan merupakan kewenangan instansi pemerintah dan lembaga terkait; waktu proses dan keputusan mereka berada di luar kendali kami, dan estimasi waktu kami bersifat perkiraan. Garansi yang kami berikan, termasuk ketentuan pengembalian dana bila izin tidak terbit, berlaku sesuai syarat yang tercantum dalam penawaran atau kesepakatan tertulis untuk layanan yang bersangkutan.

The issuance of licences, certificates or approvals is the authority of government agencies and related institutions; their processing times and decisions are outside our control, and our time estimates are approximate. Any guarantee we give, including the refund provision if a licence is not issued, applies under the conditions stated in the quotation or written agreement for the relevant service.

许可证、证书或批准的签发属于政府机关及相关机构的职权，其办理时间和决定不受我们控制，我们给出的时间仅为估计。我们提供的保证（包括许可未获签发时的退款条款），按相关服务的报价单或书面协议所载条件适用。

• Kami berkomunikasi lewat WhatsApp Business (termasuk WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API), Instagram, dan Facebook. Layanan platform tersebut tunduk pada syarat dan kebijakan Meta; kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas gangguan atau perubahan layanan Meta.
• Sebagian respons awal dapat dibantu asisten AI. Jawaban AI bersifat informasi umum, dapat keliru, dan ditinjau oleh tim kami sebelum menjadi dasar keputusan atau pekerjaan.
• Kami tidak meminta kata sandi, kode OTP, atau PIN Anda lewat saluran mana pun.
• Pemrosesan data pribadi diatur dalam Kebijakan Privasi. Cara meminta penghapusan data ada di halaman Penghapusan Data.

• We communicate via WhatsApp Business (including the WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API), Instagram and Facebook. These platforms are governed by Meta's own terms and policies; we are not responsible for Meta service outages or changes.
• Some first responses may be assisted by an AI assistant. AI answers are general information, may contain errors, and are reviewed by our team before being relied on for any decision or work.
• We never ask for your passwords, one-time codes (OTP) or PINs through any channel.
